Leaving Los Angeles for a little bit to Atlanta and left stuff equivalent to a one bed one bath apartment 650 ft without sofas and I never have trouble here. They have always been available during their business hours and have called me if there were any problems which happened once on a second unit I rented for one month left empty that wasnt needed on my end.

This storage facility is clean and well organized and management is friendly. Parking is available and the office is in the garage. I rented a unit there for about a year and I recommend this facility if you are looking for a reasonablely priced storage. During move-in you have access to a moving truck. Check with management when you call.

There were some that were nationally ran where the call center was in some other state and their sole goal was to make the sales. When I called Los Angeles Self Storage, someone actually picked up the call, gave me the breakdown, provided me with directions and when I got there, they walked around to show me the storage itself. Everything went very smoothly and on-site staff were on point with their customer service. All this was actually at a lower monthly rate than other places I called. So, they definitely earn 5 stars and I hope you will check it out for yourself!

Love this storage unit! I keep all my event equipment here for my job, so Im in and out at least twice a week. Joe and everyone else who works here are always super friendly and helpful. I have never had any trouble being able to pull my car right in to load and unload. Its also very clean inside as well. The location is super convenient because I can hop right on the highway to head to events or hop right off on my way back to unload. Thank you, Joe!

Really well run storage facility. I like that you have to punch in a code so it will only take you to your floor of your storage. We have had issues when our card on file expires or the bank issues a new one and they have always been great at handling that as well.

Ive been storing here for over eight years and I have always had great service. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. The best part about this place is Im able to send and receive my inventory through FedEx and feel safe about leaving my items to be picked up.

We have a few storages in this building and one of them is the biggest one they have, approximately 2862 sq ft which is really great. we have been storing there for over 4 years now. we need to go in and out a lot of times due to the nature of our business and it works perfect for us as the units have very easy access. they people working there are also very accommodating. i wonder ld highly recommend this place.

Employees at LASS are very friendly, Ive been with LASS for 5 yrs the place and storage units are a bit pricey but worth moving your stuff in...thank you to the owner and employees at LASS.
