Good parts store. They usually have to order in from somewhere else. They have excellent customer service who will even call you back if you get disconnected!! Can’t beat that. They also have cool gadgets in their store. I saw a flame sensing rod cleaner that I have my eye on. Way cool! Totally recommend.

Lennox acs are junk and a rip off! They continually break and will not let a homeowner purchase simple replacement parts unless youre hvac certified (even if its an electrical part and youre an electrician!) which forces you to call and pay an hvac guy that will double the price of the part and charge out the wazoo for the service call and the labor. Will never buy a Lennox or even a house with a Lennox in it again!
