The variety of iron on letters they had was minimal. I ended up getting a better deal on Amazon. I bought something small so it didnt feel like a waste of time going. Four stars because they are a great crafting store.

UPS Access Location. UPS told me my package was delivered, went to Michaels and the manager, blonde older lady working around 5:30pm Oct 3 2021, told me it was not. I go home, talk to UPS and they told ke again yes it was delivered. I call Michaels and the guy tells me yes your package is here. Are you fkin kidding me? I wasted gas for nothing, manager tells me its not there but it was? I go back,no apology, she says it was misplaced thank you for your patience .....ha! Oh no dont get it twisted, I have zero patience for this type of service.

Truly enjoyed my shopping experience. The store is very bright spacious with a large variety of acrylic paint colors and brushes. I also purchased a wood-burning pin with extra tips. I have returned twice since my first initial visit.

While Michaels has a large selection of many craft products, most of their stores seem to be overcrowded with merchandise, with aisles difficult to navigate. This store is no exception. This location also has the disadvantage of having many products out of place, many products damaged on the shelves, etc. The one plus going for this location in this trip was that the sales clerk and her manager were quite pleasant and the store wasnt crowded.

This Michaels is well staffed and has a good product selection. When ever I have gone it has never been crowded. Only pleasant experiences when I shop here.

The friendliest of people work here. It was a young girl that I was trying to explain some artwork that I wanted to do with my dogs puppy teeth. She had a great idea. Showed me a trinket that looks like a pocket watch that I could put my puppy teeth in and fill it with resin. And I did. I attached it on my dogs first collar.

I give 4 stars because once u know Hobby Lobby, their prices, the store, Michaels are way more expensive, dont have as much and dont look as nice. Other than that if u dont have a HL in ur area, Michaels is rhe place to go

I just LOVE Michaels 8n general. This location was clean. They must have gotten new employees because I was pleasantly surprised all the good morning greetings by all the employees. Kudos to management for training their employees on customer service. Good inventory, good prices, great discounts.

All crafting needs taken care of. Fully stocked store with friendly and fast service. If its evening, you may have to wait outside up to 10 minutes. Card preferred, cash accepted. Oh, the ONLY place I can find Butterum Lifesavers.

I will never step foot in this place again. My son and I came here for some paint supplies and beads. My son was approached by a employee and was rudely asked if he has any intention of buying anything, he asked if they had any painting knifes and was told no and asked to leave because she was receiving complaints about him. I dont know what kind of clown outfit theyre running but profiling someone isnt a good business tactic. We set a limit to only 200 dollars to spend but I will never spend another dollar at this store or company. You should train your employees to not judge a book by its cover. My son works to support me, Im disabled. He is a welder and his job isnt the cleanest n

They have bad employees they told me that there aren’t any bubble wrap

Since I moved south of the border, this has been my go to store for all my projects. For the most part, the employees are very nice and helpful, except for this specific employee that was of no help on my last visit. My boyfriend and I were looking for wax, we asked her if they carried wax and with a snotty arrogant voice, she replied NO! And kept walking, I should mention that she was following us around the whole store prior to asking her for help. Someone who is rude and burned out like her, should not be working in customer service what so ever. I worked in customer service for 9 years and I know its not an easy job but its also not for everyone. Dont come to work if youre gonna be a rude person to your customers, after all, you have a job because of them.

Always clean and always has what I need for my arts and crafts and of course seasonal decor.

Heres a tip: Michaels.com always has a coupon- so bring your phone with the coupon code for a discount at check out. This store is normally well stocked, and has great staff. Due to Covid some areas appeared a bit ransacked. Acryllics arent stocked, and kids craft isle a bit ransacked. But since I know under normal circumstances they are a great spot for your crafting, I will surely return many times!

Great place to purchase arts and crafts items.

Its hard to get an employees attention for help in the writing/painting supply aisles; to get something from behind plastic casings. When I finally saw someone, they said Im not working.If there were other art shops in the South Bay, i wouldnt have to deal with their lack of service these days.

Disappointed. Nothing like any of the Michaels Ive visited. Inventory was scarce and cashiers unfriendly. Not returning, unfortunately.

Michaels is getting worse. They used to have an abundance of Christmas stuff. The selection is not good at all. Went to get Christmas picks for a wreath but they had nothing to choose from. And the employees that were there Monday night were rude. Needed a price check at the register and the girl with really short hair came to the register and I tried to tell her were I got the item she wouldnt even acknowledge that I was talking to her.

Unfortunately I had to exchange a flag box purchased just a few days go. The return & transaction for a new box was great. I had the receipt on my phone (nicely done). The store is almost bare shelves throughout the store. PLEASE, Dont send us coupons for items when youve sold out over the holidays. THEhe personal are courteous & helpful. This partucular store is the closest to me for miles. I always enjoy looking for new finds. They would have gotten 5 stars if rhere were more items on the shelves.

There is not a lot to choose from the shelfs are pretty bare and picked through. You would think that a craft store carries adult coloring books but Michaels does not or at least this Michaels IDoes not.

Honestly, Michaels was always my go-to store for crafting and creating. But... since Hobby Lobby showed up it makes Michaels seem small in almost all areas. I still drop in due to convenience but when needing variety I go the extra distance to Hobby Lobby. Sorry Michaels.

Store is a little messy and sales associates not that friendly or helpful. I will go to a different store next time. Ive given this store 2 chances and its up time to move onto another Michaels.

I Googled Aaron Brothers art supply. I ended up with Michaels. I went inside was disappointed because Michaels is no Aaron Brothers. Made a couple purchases came home and then looked up Arron Brothers again only to find that they had been absorbed by Michaels. Which was truly sad for me.

This place is too unorganized for my liking. The employees dont even know whats on the shelves. I was looking for a wedding cake topper. An employee directed me down an aisle. They had everything you need to decorate but no wedding toppers.

My mom went today to buy yarn and the staff was super rude with her. She asked for help several times to find what she needed and basically the staff refused to help her.

I just google open hours and there is a lady at the door saying store is closed. Checked on line again and says store is open.

I LOVE MICHAELS.. did a whole wedding thru the decore here. From vines to flower bunches to charger plates. Not only this but the 5 dollar grab bag/boxes have been used by many in my family and their friends in crafts as well as parties. This place is so frequented that things go quick thats the ONLY downfall. Still my goto spot.

I went in here like two weeks ago with my wife to pick up one item. Now Im turning into a crafty person. Nice store with anything and everything. Very helpful staff. I do think some items may be less expensive at like WalMart or a dollar store. Cool.

The most horrible store. If it had no stars option I would rate none! This store used to be where I did all my craft shopping until employee RAQUEL gave me the worst service ever and incompetent manager STEPHANIE did nothing about it. But thanks to their horrible, rude attitudes Michaels lost a long time loyal customer of years and I discovered hobby lobby! With a store like that dont see how Michael stores stay in business. All the craft items u can imagine at the most reasonable prices with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTACHED!

Pretty new things to craft

Shady management. They like to bate-and-switch. Items are falsely priced. Online says they have item in stock and when you arrive, said item is not there but a more expensive version is in its place.

Had what I was looking for at the time. Wanted Emerald JEWELS for wedding dress and wanted Meterial glue. Helpful people told me for sure to make sure glue goes into fabric and press jewels into glue let it stay for about 48 hours for real SECURITY. Good info helpful

Love this store

The service was good, the guy worked fast but the food was not what I expected. I ordered the gyro plate which is about $8.00 that included rice, salad and meat. So much small portions and the salad is not really a salad just some leaf, not tomatoes, lettuces what makes a great salad, now the meat was burnt and cut up in small pieces and not a full pita bread, just two small slices, what a waste of money my son spent, we should have gone to another place instead. If you the owner or some of the staff get your act together or youll go bankrupt. Very disappointed.
