Ive moved many times over the past 40 years and my experience with Allstate Moving Systems, an agent of United, was the best experience Ive ever had from start to finish. The in-home estimate by Joe came back at a very reasonable price. I had many many questions and concerns and was nervous about selecting the right movers. Lisa, who works in Allstates office coordinating the entire move, was outstanding. I cant say enough positive about Lisas professional, patient and friendly demeanor. She was there for me every step of the way. I think I called Lisa four times one day, and she always remained pleasant and reassuring that the move would go smoothly, and it did!! Jose and his moving teams in both California and Nevada were excellent. They arrived as scheduled on both ends and nothing was damaged. I highly recommend Allstate Moving Systems and would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Always responded to my phone calls and emails. Customer service reassuring and responsive to my questions and concerns. Estimate was spot on. Joe, Lisa and Manny were professional in there responses and sincerely cared for my precious belongings. I highly recommend this team. Nice moving company nice people.

Allstate was great for our move from Oceanside to Long Beach. Leonard did a thorough walk through our house to assess how much we were going to be moving and any items that needed special handling. He explained how the quote would be generated and our insurance options. The movers were fast and efficient, but careful not to damage anything. In the end we got a refund because our actual move weight was less than the estimate. Best moving experience ever!

An amazing experience! And a handwritten thank you note in the mail. Great custom service. Would use them time and time again. Thank you Allstate! We had a huge townhouse and 2 little kids and a dog and stuff everywhere. Im shocked it only took 2 days to pack everything and move everything to the new location. Thanks again.

Allstate are the most professional and courteous movers out there. They showed up on time, completed the move ahead of schedule, and not a thing was broken. They are the best and I am recommending them to everyone out there.

Very thorough and professional. Kept us posted. Came in under weight so we are getting a partial refund. Extremely careful packing and care of our items and furniture. Highly recommend.

We moved from California to Michigan through this company. The service was no good at all! By the time they brought us our boxes, some of the items that had fragile written on it in large letters were broken. And some of our things never even made it to Michigan. I gave them 2 stars because atleast the person who worked with us over the phone was fair and reasonable, other than that they are a horrible moving company. Service with them at your own risk!!!!!
