The personnel were very accommodating to my needs and desires. I wasnt able to haggle the price at all on the bike I chose. The guy that actual owns the place helped me tie down my bike before I left. I would call that pretty humble in my eyes. They appeared to have a large amount of quality used vehicles and bikes for sale.

Highway 12 Motorsports had exactly the vehicle I wanted at a price that couldnt be beat. I live out of state and Joey, the salesman I worked with, was great. He was responsive and patient to answer my questions and even did a facetime call to do a walk around the car, reviewing any imperfections, and setting an accurate expectation of the vehicle. I flew in on a Saturday afternoon and even though they were busy, they got me in and out quickly. It was a long drive back to Denver but 100% worth it!!

Very nice used automobile and motorcycle shop they have a website, they sell a lot of Harley-Davidson and other type of motorcycles and some very nice trucks they are dog friendly it seems like all the employees bring their dogs to work I went and purchased a motorcycle from them at a fair and reasonable price they even repaired a few flaws that I saw on the used motorcycle. I took a friend back and she plans to purchase a motorcycle from them also. They also have motorcycle clothing parts and accessories, the mechanic there is top notch you looking for a reasonably priced used motorcycle or truck I suggest you go look there first theyre on Ashland City Highway

Went in today to test drive & inspect a VW Eos. Beautiful location, decent selection; HORRIBLE experience all-around, definite waste of our time. Sales guy & receptionist seemed more interested in their next smoke break than helping us find/purchase a vehicle.They didn’t offer any vehicle history, other than to say, “No wrecks as far as I know”. Asked if we could see the car fax or auto check, he tells us, we don’t do those, too expensive”.Asked if we could take it to our mechanic. They tell us that’s against company policy. They did say my mechanic could come by, take a look, even use they’re lift. Unfortunately, there is no qualified mechanic within 100 miles that would come out to do a mobile inspection on this vehicle. It’s a VW EOS, and if there’s an issue with the hard top, could be $10,000+ to fix, if there’s an issue with DSG, could be $4-6k. On top of that, the car is already overpriced. We were planning to have Eurofix or dealership inspect, then make an offer...we aren’t going to trust Bubba Shade-Tree with a vehicle like this.Place might be great for some types, but if you’re wanting a good buying experience and confidence in a quality used vehicle, you can scratch this one off your list.

If you are looking for a nice Harley this is a great place to start. My first Harley a Heritage Softtail has been a great bike. I am starting to do some of the basic maintenance of changing fluids, changing turn signals to LED lights, adding a flash module for my brake lights. The parts guys are great to help. The service managers are really knowledgeable and friendly. I have had new tires installed, their prices and labor is as good as anyone in the Nashville area.

Absolutely unprofessional! Put in an application for a bike, they tell us to wait until Tuesday because the finance person left and they are unsure why they didn’t give them the application earlier before everyone left. But ensures us that the bike will be on hold until Tuesday when they get the paperwork together for us to call on Saturday just to double check on things and they tell us they SOLD The bike. They literally were not going to tell us anything until we called. And basically, it was an “Oh well” response. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!! We had 3 more people that were referring to buy from here and have already told them to NEVER come here. Piss poor customer service!

Worse place in Nashville to buy a used vehicle. Dont ask about there inspection. There ace mechanic couldnt find a power steering leak if it was right in front of them. There inspection is a wash job, little quick wax, and a interior clean up. They wanted to put my wife in car she didnt want and that would have needed around 2,000 dollars in repairs right away good thing her husband had a good eye I will not go back to their scamming place.

Lemme let yall in on some secrets I know about this place. They over charge for cars. Literally check KBB value of the car and they are way higher than average pricing. Oh and the trucks they sell. Either they got them lifted with big wheels or they put the lift and big wheels on there just to make profit and overcharge u. Or u buy a truck there that literally 2 days later needs to go straight back cause something broke. Been there done that. Or if you see a vehicle with a ton of miles on it and they charge brand new dealership prices. Thank the owner.

I am very pleased with the 2005 Buick Lacrosse I bought at Highway 12. They had a very fair price on it and gave me a generous trade for my car. The salesperson, Joey, was very gracious and respectful and the deal was very fair. They are in my neighborhood which made it even better.

Great selection of pre-owned vehicles. Knowing that As-Is means As-Is when buying higher mileage vehicles is pretty common sense, so you can check your expectations at the door, but their shop rate is lower than others locally, if youre needing service, and I have purchased and traded several vehicles with them. And they are not high-pressure sales at all...so, its a great environment, and they will earn your business.

Lots of bikes. Beautiful ones. Both a showroom, museum and full service bike shop. Get accessories, bling, and any other service you need for your motorcycle. You can also purchase a good used vehicle here.

I purchased a 2001 Toyota Solara here on March 29, 2018, the staff was professional honest and upfront. The car I bought was as is with approximately 134,000,priced at $1640.00. This car although not the best looking, is a gem. I have had it now for 5 months, drive it everyday for work(Uber Eats Driver) and driven twice from Tennessee to Philadelphia, it is reliable and runs smooth, to date the only thing this car needed was a tune up.If you are looking for a use car, I recommend you start here.BTW I intend to go back to this business for all future purchases.

I have been trying to get picturesI have been trying to get pictures from 2 different guys for a few weeks of a truck they had They kept telling me its raining cant do it I know was a load a cramp it wasnt raining every day either just lazy or they forgot. Emailed them again today to find out that they sold it and didnt even have the common courtesy to tell me it was sold . So if youre possibly looking to purchase a vehicle maybe look somewhere else they dont seem to be intrested

Sales manager Brian Forni is awful.. tried to buy a car and told him we had to leave by a certain time and he took his sweet a** time talking about his old car and his ex girlfriend that he stalks and a bunch of other bs.. had no regard for our needs. He kept running off to help other people on the floor while he was supposed to be doing things for us, keep in mind we were running out of time. Spent hours here just to walk out the door while he was wasting our valuable time with another customer as if there aren’t other salesmen there to help them, but from what saw they were all just standing in a circle talking. Awful service! Unless you have a few days to waste or a few grand in cash you won’t get anything here. Best to take your business where they actually want to help you, oh and I’m sure they’ll comment back with something to say but they’re full of sh*t tbh waste of time and money here listen to the bad reviews

There crooks and there financial company and lawyer are crooks also been trying to get the pay off for my bike for 4yrs now and it went from 2,500.00 to 11,000.00 said it had interest and I missed payments and I even had the paperwork and papers showing where I made my payments and the judge still ruled in there favor now in a big legal battle.so dont get anything from them

Update: we have reached a resolution with the company. They have given us a partial refund to put towards the rebuilding of the engine. Although I feel that they only decided to work with us because of the complaint to the BBB, and the bad reviews left, at least they have tried to make it right.Bought a 92 GMC Sierra 1500, advertised as “dependable”, “needs nothing” and “runs and drives great”. Bought this truck only 1 week ago, and already my husband has had to rebuild the throttle body, replace an injector, due a full tune up, and fix the timing, and other things I don’t remember at this time. Not to mention we can’t even get it through Marta because there is no catalytic converter. Now with all that done we find the engine knocks. Not very dependable and sure needed a lot. Sales person said that their mechanics checked it over. This dealership is nothing but a bunch of liars and scammers just out to get someone’s money. DO NOT buy from this place! When my husband called he was told “oh well it was sold as is”. What a horrible way to do business!

Walked in Friday August 4th to look and possibly buy a motorcycle, saw a couple I was interested in. Well I asked for a salesman and was told that one would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later still no salesman. Now here is the kicker....I had enough cash in my pocket to pay for and drive away with one. Sorry....no service no sale. Ill will not recommend nor be back.

So far, I have taken my 2011 Infiniti G25x to be serviced by Highway 12 three times. Every time I have visited Highway 12 I have received not only great service to my car but great customer service by all the staff. I wouldnt take my car to be serviced anywhere else!

I visited this facility today to see the 1962 fairlane. They had it listed on Facebook market place for 8000. Upon our arrival the window price was just under 10000. My wife found in a lot photo that it was listed at 6995. They had difficulty starting the vehicle. While the mechanic was working on the fairlane, another vehicle from their lot broke down right behind us. The sales accociate said he would honor the lowest advertised price they had. After the issues I found with the vehicle it was going to take some work to make it road worthy so I asked what can they do with the price based on these issues. They said they had no wiggle room from the 6995 because that was below what they paid. Im sure they have nice vehicles but my overall experience was not a good one.

We bought a truck from here and they have us a drive out tag and told us that if we didnt have time to get our tag in 30 days they could issue 1 more. When my husband stopped by to get the extra tag, they told him in front of other customers they cant do that, they dont do that. Theyre liars and not even a month after my husband bought his trick, hes had to work on it, put in a new starter for one among other things.

Bought plenty of stuff from here, cars,atvs,and side by sides. I always got a great deal. Even bought a few as-is vehicles cheap. I know as-is means as-is, but I havent had any issues. Robert in service is great to deal with on my normal maintnance issues, that I dont want to deal with.Thanks Hwy12 looking forward to another side by side soon

I bought a 2000 Nissan Altima on 8/7/2014 and within a few days found that it had a bent wheel and an oil leak. They asked me to pay to fix these problems which I found to be ridiculous, so I took it elsewhere. Now 3 weeks into owning the car I have also had the fuel pump and filter changed, a battery with battery cable that was rigged to just barely hold together, Spark plugs that looked like they had never been changed and a distributer that was filling with oil. I have had to sink alot of money into a car in less than a month and they would do nothing to help. I would not buy from this company ever again and suggest that you do the same.
