This is an honest printer repair company - the owner has saved me multiple times when Ive had deadlines and a printer problem at the last minute. He and his receptionist are extremely responsive and friendly. He has come late night and on a Sunday once to help me! I also bought a used printer from them when he recommended this would save me lots of money long term on ink and he was RIGHT.

I worked for this family business back in 1996 for over 5yrs the owner i have not seen for 14yrs.we had alot to catch up on.i really enjoyed my visit.he nice to take to and his wife too.when i worked there i felt like part of the family.go buy good machs from him copiers printers and call him for service he will guve u the best deals on supplies also.

I rented copiers from E-Z Office Machines in February 2014 for my employers annual convention at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The equipment worked great and was in good appearance. Isaac took the time to come over and make sure all was setup correctly and was available during the week if any problems occurred (we had no problems but was glad to know someone was available).

California Medical Evaluators always had good service from them until a few months ago. One of our scanners broke, they said it was too old and it was trash. We contacted SquareTrade since it was still under warranty. Squaretrade asked a paper from E-Z Office Machines stating what they said. E-Z never send that paper, I called them several times sent multiple emails without any reply back. We payed an onsite visit for that specific scanner and never got the info we needed. Not reliable.
